Happy Father's Day

We hope everyone had a happy father’s day. This was Jonny’s first father’s day to a human (he’s a Dad to Hercules and Athena of course!). So we let him sleep in super late and then made him a nice late breakfast and dinner.

Yesterday turned out to be quite an afternoon. My friend from work, Kerstin, came by and we hung out. Well after she left little Miss Tessa decided it would be cool to completely skip her afternoon nap. Yeah, she took a 1-hour nap in the morning (even that was short - usually she's down for at least 1 1/2 hours), woke up at 11:00am, and decided to stay awake until bedtime at 7:00pm. She did pass out at 7:00 though! Surprisingly she was in a pretty good mood without that afternoon nap.

Luckily she was back on track for both naps today.


Today we blew up the baby pool that Jonny got for Tessa a week or so ago. It's really cute - it has a blow up shade to go with it. We didn't actually use the shade because it wasn't very sunny. This time I put Tessa in a bikini! Look at that belly and those arms. It makes me smile looking at her chubbiness!

Jonny was tickling her with a piece of grass to get her to smile.
